Registered sex offender charged with anti Asian hate crime yesterday

I do not understand the motive here. At all.



Officers arrived and contacted the victim, who told them she had just returned home and parked in her garage when she saw a man had followed her into her garage,
The man began shouting race-based insults at her and then spit in her face, police said. The man left the garage, and the woman called 911.

Yes. Pretty much everyone is a bit mentally off that commits a random, violent crime. But they still know right from wrong.

OR you dont really have a grasp on how prevalent mental health issues are in this country. Sex offender populations are very likely to have mental health issues.

So when we know someone has these mental illnesses and have already victimized people, we just continue to allow them to roam freely and collect even more victims?
