Couldn't visualize heart or hands at 20 week ultrasound

| I had to go for a fetal echo because they couldn't get a clear shot of the heart at my 20 week u/s. Everything looked great, she's perfect. Did they ask you to come back or refer you out somewhere with stronger equipment? |

Super normal. They had trouble getting the full visuals they needed on the heart for mine too - we almost had to come back, but then he moved.
With my first, there was some stuff they couldn't see well (don't remember what, now) and I actually had to come back. It happens. |

Normal. I had to wiggle and shimmy to try to get one of mine to move but no luck. Went back a week later and he was in a better position and they got what they needed.
It isn’t a sign of a problem - they just couldn’t see what they needed to. |
