Beauty and Fashion
I usually just shave, but it's a bit tricky not sure I do that great a job. With a spring break trip coming up, I am wondering what other people do re: that area. I have never done the whole Brazilian thing. What do you recommend for someone who likes to look neat and tidy, but not interested in a full wax every month? Thanks ladies!
Shave around the edges and trim with scissors.
Laser hair removal. Worth every single penny.
Trim with moustache trimmers and wax everything except a small bit in front. It hurts like hell, but it feels really clean and neat when all is said and done.
I am SO doing this after I pop out this baby. |
LOL, pp! Yes, I looooove the laser. Worth every single cent as stated above. I haven't shaved or waxed now in 5 years.
How much did the laser cost, total? I'm not very pregnant yet, so I'm thinking about putting away a little money every month for this, and a new wardrobe after the baby, because there is no way I am having any more kids after this one.
I like to trim it up and then use spray glitter in magenta to make my bush extra fancy.
Don't go to one of those salons that advertise on tv or the radio. They are way too expensive. I don't have to buy a package and spent a total of $300 for 3 sessions to get the bikini area lasered.
pp, can you tell us where you did go?
For laser-- could you recommend who you use? Thanks.

Laser hair removal was my husbands gift to me after the baby. I told him that's what I wanted instead of jewlery my plan was to he hairless from the waist down.
Just started my first procedure in January and haven't shaved since. I LOVE IT! Singed up for a seven treatment package for brazillian and both upper and lower legs and pay $300/treatement. Worth every penny. |
Dr. Melda Isaac at 24th and M. I can't remember how much it was. There is one rate for a treatment and a lower rate for a touch-up. Her staff is great.
