Seeking Gift Suggestions for Sister/Awesome Labor Coach!

What do you give your sister/best friend/labor coach? She helped my husband and I have the best possible experience, and I need some way to express to her how much it meant to us. I don't want to give her a piece of jewelry because we have another give-giving occasion coming up where I already have a necklace for her....so looking for suggestions other than jewelry! Thanks!
