LCPS - how to anonymously report non-compliance with Covid mitigation?

At several board meetings it was mentioned there would be an anonymous reporting tool so that people could report issues of non-compliance with masks, distancing, etc.

I've tried googling and can't find it. Does anyone know how I do this?

Just create an anonymous email account and email the principal.

I think the reporting tool is only available to staff.
