I hope not. Don't need travel to San Diego right now. And league play was not full and complete. And college coaches probably don't want to travel to scout either.

Is California even open to have many outside visitors?

Have friends and family in Cali and they are "open" as far as being a lot less restrictive than a few months ago. They have playing outdoors sports since Feb.

Our club stated ECNL will make a final conclusion on location of ECNL playoffs, but reiterated they were happening.

I would say Texas would be a logical re-location spot as it's a mid-point for the country to travel to (that is, don't make west/mountain teams travel to VA or FL for playoffs and finals) and Texas is 100% open.

Yes they’ll happen. Ecnl teams will get in a majority of their season.

Playoffs are in Florida.
Finals are in Richmond Virginia.

Average temp for late june and early july is 90.

Yep. Still better than having to fly to CA though. And much better for recruiting for east coast players planning on East Coast schools.
