Buy now or wait for Memorial day sales?

We are looking to get a Chrysler Pacifica 4WD model. We have Costco membership so they offer an auto buying program. Locally I see Touring models now with net price of $30K-$31K with current 3K worth of rebates before taxes. Is that a good deal now? Wait for Costco price? Or wait for any more Memorial Day sales?

We're also going to look to getting rid of our current car as a trade-in as a part of this purchase. Any other tips on buying?

Pricing was for 2020 model I see online, Costco will likely price me on the 2021 I believe. I don't think there's that much of a diff between functionality?
