| For balance of mind, I suggest pranayama after you finish your asanas( stretching exercises), there are 3-4 simple pranayama techniques you can learn in you tube. It will change your life. |
| You might try Yoga With Adriene on YouTube. Very accessible, lots of specific categories (yoga for flexibility, yoga for back pain, etc.), and you can search by video length on her channel page. She's got a playlist of yoga videos for beginners, too. |

| Look at the peloton app, free for 30 days. They have a really awesome yoga instructor who I was surprised joined as a teacher with peloton as she’s been a known teacher for quite some time and is really excellent! Chelsea Jackson Roberts. Some of the other in the teachers are pretty good too but definitely recommend Chelsea. |
| Try a modified routine drawn from the Ashtanga primary series. 3 sun salutations A, 2 sun salutations B, standing sequence, three backbends (bridge or wheel), and three lotuses and shavasana to close. |
