Where to I get replacement rubber "weatherstripping" at the outside bottom of side roll-up windows?

I have a Honda Accord 2005 and the outside rubber weatherstripping needs to be replaced on a rollup window. I think this is properly called "belt molding" but I see it more often referred to as weatherstripping. It involves removing a chrome trim strip which, from YouTube, I think I can do. I searched on parts sites, including Honda-specific sites, and can't a replacement rubber strip. Can you direct me to a source?

If I want someone to do this would it be the dealer service department or a body shop? The neighborhood mechanic I usually use doesn't want to try.
