AMH levels

Does anyone know if there is a threshold for what is considered healthy for AMH?

I thought normal AMH is usually 1-2ng/ml and higher values could signal PCOS. Mine was 7ng/ml but lab report still says that it is within the reference range.

Mine was 5.5 at age 35, which is high but no concerns over PCOS because I have no other indicators.

7 is within the normal range unless you are over 40. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/26763552/

From a treatment perspective, higher AMH is helpful, not concerning. It is usually correlated to a better response to stims during IVF.
