How Much Would You Pay....

To have someone find you a nanny? Not like an agency but someone who would hear your needs and concerns and help you to weed out the good from the not so good?

Zero. It’s imperative that the nanny-employer do this as “fit” is personal.

Zero. If you want it done well, it has to be DIY, and even then there might be duds.

A random person? How are you getting nannies? Who is doing the background check? What’s your pool size and how well do you represent niche nannies (sn, ncs, live-in, governess/tutor/homeschool)?

Some agencies provide first aid/cpr, and some provide training, so that all of their represented nannies have a minimum baseline childcare education.

As far as I know, an agency ticks most of all of the above boxes (at least for one niche). Most random people don’t have a decent pool, so their recommendations are going to be personal experience, friends and/or unverified hearsay (your friend’s nanny says this nanny is good; it’s au substantiated recommendation from another nanny).

If you want to start an agency, do it. If not, don’t expect anyone to pay for a service that isn’t worth it.
