2013 had a rough tournament
2012 lost in semis
2011 lost in finals on pks

Doesn’t seem that bad.

What tournament? Not aware there was a GA tournament this weekend? Is this on play station? lol

2013 and 2011 won by RL teams. GA domination will have to wait.

Arl parent here the 11 RL team are recent US Club national champions and suspect they would do very well in the GA league.

Are kids still choosing to play RL over GA or ECNL?

Depends on whether you are willing to commute to a club that may not be in your state/county. Some families may not want to travel to play GA/ECNL N.

Girls choose RL for the commute, not the Competition.

We’re not all badge chasers and club hoppers I guess.

Girls choose RL for the commute and not to be badge chasers/club hoppers, not for the competition.

Fixed

Keep hopping and chasing

The girls leaving weren’t hopping and chasing. They were in ECNL and chose to stay ECNL, that is staying the same, not chasing a badge, but staying with the same badge. The club chased a badge. Keep your narrative straight. Stop vilifying 13-16 year players because they wanted to maintain the status qo, whereas it was as he club chasing badges. Be honest, or be a giant tool. Or continue to be a giant tool, we know you can’t resist.

Nobody cares about who stayed and who left. It is a pay to play system. Who ever stayed pais the dues and whoever left decided to pay another vendor. It is not very complicated. In terms of talent or what not. Nobody is special, all players are pretty much the same in terms of talent . One player leaves , a similar player comes and everyone does what they think is best for their kids although in this area all clubs are money grab for the families willing to spend extra income on sports.

Now if you are talking about pro players switching clubs then that’s a different story. So far, this is just youth sports and none is a pro or a wow player after all. Everyone relax.
hi coach. Not all the players are the same in regards to talent. If that were/is the case va revolution could beat the new talent.

Fear the Rev

Genuine question: besides alcoholism, what else is there truly to fear at Rev?

Rev 09 for the win this weekend vs NVA (I mean FVU). You heard it here first.

Somehow, I hope there is a way they both lose to each other.
loudoun vs nva vs rev

Race to the bottom.

Another incredibly informed observation. Keep posting please

2011 Loudoun beats Mclean 1-0
Pwsi beats mclean 1-0
Mclean ties NVA 2-2

Sooooooo 2011 Loudoun better than NVA2011?

Needs more time in the oven?!

PWSI beat the McLean Green team, not their GA team. True on the other scores, though.

NVA team had significant turnover. Only a few left from the NVA ECNL team. And they didn’t pick up any from the Loudoun RL (now GA team). Interesting strategy for sure.

Instead of making some mathematical comparisons, you should have watched NVA-McLean game. McLean was nowhere close but got lucky coming back from 2-0 deficit. It is only the beginning of the season given the major turnover NVA had. So it does need more time in the oven to gel.

Glad local MLSNext teams no longer get to play the NY Red Bulls in MLSNext going forward. Instead, we get turd NVA who got slapped all over the field by lower tier teams (MLSNext 2) at Copa Rayados this weekend.

Shame on NVA for even thinking they belong in this league, and shame on MLS for actually approving their application.

Loudoun soccer is, and always been, a dumpster fire. The teams are perpetually mid-which is shocking given the $, facilities, and most importantly, the sheer # of kids involved in the sport from the Loudoun area.

its not too far off. One of reasons NVA is afraid to play Loudoun MLSNext2 teams. Other then 1-2 elite kids per NVA team, they are very evenly matched.
