Which watch w HRM?

Which fitness watch do you use?
I want to be able to tell what time it is, see my heart rate, and that’s about it. Maybe how long I’ve been exercising.

I have an iPhone 8.

What do you have, and what features do you actually use?

I got an Apple Watch recently, and it does a great job with the HRM. I sometimes use a separate HRM for spin workouts, and the Apple watch is always either the same or one beat away. I love that you can customize the watch face, though I almost always keep it on the one that show your exercise minutes for the day.

I like my Fitbit charge a lot.

If you have an iPhone, definitely go for the Apple Watch. I use Apple fitness+ with it and it is really great to have calendar events, emails, text messages, and phone calls pop up on my watch. It’s also alerted me about my high heart rate before some medical scares.

I have the charge 4 and found it is the easiest to actually wear all day. i have a series 1 apple watch that I was never able to wear all day.

My company gave me a series 6 Apple Watch. I really like it but am unsure if I would pay for it myself. Good HRM and fitness+ is pretty cool. I have done a couple of their workouts but primarily stick to my peloton app.

What do you like about the Garmin, PP? I’ve been debating between that and the Apple Watch, and most of my friends have said they like their Apple watches a lot better for fitness tracking than the Garmins they used to use. Also, what model do you have?

I love my Fitbit! Like I’m obsessed with it. It tells me when to fall asleep and reminds be that I’ve been sitting for too long.

DP, but I use a Garmin fenix. I run and hike a lot so I use the GPS features, get my pace, HR, elevation, etc. besides that I track my HR throughout the day, it gives me my sleep reports, step counter, etc.

I’ve never had an apple watch though so I can’t compare the two. I’ve been using various Garmins for years and have been happy. I like Garmin connect too and link it to MyFitnessPal so I get good calories out estimates.
