| I want to negotiate new used 2021 foreign car. Was told that someone brought and returned. Low miles. How can I know what they paid for it? How to know what is a reasonable price to offer? Should price to offer (my bottom line) include taxes, title? Can I negotiate or eliminate the dealer processing fee? Thanks |
