Westbrook Elementary K-1 in-person

Trying to decide whether to send the registration for K private in the fall. For those are Westbrook in person, how much time is spent on zoom? Is the teacher physically in class with the kids?

One more question, do the kids spend any time outside?

Vaccine penetration is going well. We'll be back mostly normally in the fall.

This is probably too late but our experience at Westbrook going very well so far -- kids are so happy to be back and my daughter's teacher in an older grade is not having the in person kids on zoom at all, beyond virtual specials. Recess is outside with limits. Now just hoping we'll be back to even more regularity in the fall.

I live in Westbrook hood and have a rising kindergarten student. Hadn't seen any neighborhood listserv announcement or any message from the school about incoming registration. Do you know when the deadline is to register for K?

Contact the school. They like to know as early as possible for staffing.
