Amazing, 4 youth responsible for 8 carjacking and 13 robberies in a couple of days in January were arrested. All four are DC residents: Jeremiah Cox, 18 (17 at time of crime) Elijah Day-Quan Greene-Parker, 18 (Daycare worker) Antonio Daylos Myles, 21 Rashaun Onley, 21. Police are crediting the recently implemented carjacking task force. Apparently if you assign detectives to carjackings and actually investigate them, they are solvable. |
| Excellent |
| Nice a daycare worker. |
“Youth?” Not hardly. |
Yes, these could only be youths if they are white. |
| Good police work let's defund them |
| Charles Allen: "They were just really, really cold. Let's release them without charges." |
Maybe if we paid daycare workers better they wouldn't resort to a life of crime. |
Apparently he lost his daycare job due to the pandemic. |
Under DC law, they likely will be treated as youths. |
| I’ve been pretty happy so far with Contee, hopefully he keeps it up and Allen et al don’t get in his way too much. |
I've never considered anyone a youth if 18 or older. |
Racist nonsense. These are grown adult men. A 21 year old isn’t a youth by any description. |
| The fact that these guys will likely get a vaccine appointment before me and my neighbors is extra depressing. |
Imagine that actually having them do police work instead of other crap helps. |
