Best restaurants in Las Vegas

My husband and I are going for a long weekend and wanted to have some recs for restaurants. We are looking for at least one "nice" meal and other don't have to be so elaborate.

My husband had the Kobe beef menu at Kraftsteak a while back and says it was the best meal of his life. Only works if you're steakhouse people, though.

You really need to specify a budget, because Las Vegas varies widely, Do you want to try Joel Robuchon or "just" the buffet at the Wynn?

I'm in Vegas now! Staying at the palazzo so my recs tend to be close by. Today we had a wonderful brunch at bouchon, dinner at b&b (Mario batali's place). Also tried the buffet at Paris yesterday which was much smaller than the one at the bellagio. Have fun!
