| Can you take it to a pharmacy and ask to add flavoring? We also had luck with syringing the meds in (not forcefully) and then giving the kid a chocolate truffle. |

You just accept that it tastes terrible, and put it on a teaspoon or tablespoon, swallow it, and then shove bread or a cracker in your mouth.
I had to take a lot of awful medicine as a kid. It's just awful and you get through it, and 20 seconds later you're off playing. |

Plug nose, eat a spoonful of strongly flavored yogurt or pudding (something thick to coat the tongue), then suck on a dove chocolate and unplug nose.
Worked for my extremely dramatic child who would gag and then throw up bad tasting medicine. |
