| She needs girls sizing but doesn't want anything too cutesy or young looking. Not much luck with our usuals (target and old navy.) Any ideas? |
| Nordstrom has some 2 piece suits |
| ll bean is usually good |

Agree with LLBean or Lands End. Can she wear women's XS? Even if she is not yet curvy, some of the less structured styles might work for her.
Or you could try Decathlon--European sporting goods chain with stores/mail order now in the US. https://www.decathlon.com/collections/swimwear |

A kids size 12/14 is essentially an adult xxs or xs. Start looking in the adult section at athleta, target, Nordstrom etc.
Welcome to the awkwardness of having a tween. There will be nowhere to shop for the next two years. And then, bam, you are sharing clothes with your daughter! |
| Check Maisonette. They have a lot of options. Some are babyish and some are $$$ but they do have some cute tween options as well. I got my 11 yr old a cute navy tank one piece with some stripes last yr by Shade Critters. |
| Hanna Anderson. |
| Does she like athletic looking things like swim shorts and a tankini top? That might open up more options. |
| We like LLBean and Lands End. |
https://tinyurl.com/43v6zuyf on Amazon. |
| Ours has never liked cutesy suits and we typically get her swimteam style suits (usually Speedo) or Lands End. |
| DD is developed and a size 14 but in 5th grade. I buy tankinis on Amazon. There are many to choose from and they are age appropriate and not too expensive for her ever changing taste. |
I’m glad it’s not just us! My 5’2 tween is hard to shop for! |
