Anyone have recommendations? I gained so much during first pregnancy and don't want to gain so much again, but appetite is out of control. I know all about high fiber/high protein, etc, but would like some ideas from a nutritionist whi's specialty is prengnacy since i want to make sure the baby gets every single nutrient it needs . Yes, I take vitamins, but I know food is a better source. Also I crave all the stuff during pregnancy that I avoid when not pregnant like white pasta (hate whole wheat when preggers), red meat, and high sugar stuff and desserts.
