Car upholstery has bad smell - how do I clean it?

My grandfather asked me to sell his car because he quit driving but the fabric driver's seat upholstery has a strong urine smell. How can I clean it? Does anyone know a great product I could use or a local company who can detail it and clean it for me? Anyone deal with this successfully? Thanks in advance.

+1 and then spend $150-$200 to get the car completely detailed by professionals. It will be worth it.

You can most likely just replace them cheaply for older model.

Or try something on amazon that fits snugly and looks like new. Spend a little and add value that you can reclaim and get in return.
