How long does trigger stay in system?

I am officially that person. I took a 250mcg Ovidrel trigger 12 days ago, and I'm 10dpiui. I didn't test out the trigger, but I tested on 6dpiui out of curiosity and got a very faint line. I took another test today and it's still faint but darker than the last one. The tests were taken at roughly the same time of day (after lunch) but I'm not sure if I had more water before the last one.

I feel like an idiot for getting my hopes up like this, but by now what are the odds that the trigger is producing a darker line than 4 days ago?

So I test out my trigger shot cause I want to know when I get a true positive. My trigger is always out of my system by 5-6 dpo and I’ve gotten my positives on 9 & 10dpo!

I tested out the trigger on 2 IUIs, and both times it was out of my system after a week.

250 mg ovidrel stayed in my system for 12 days. I got my hopes up thinking it was maybe a positive and the ovidrel had left but it was not. Your might be if it’s getting darker but I would be cautious about getting your hopes up and maybe you will be pleasantly surprised.

I got positive pregnancy tests 3dp5dt so I’d say you are pregnant. Congrats!

OP here. Thanks for all the data points. It got darker again the next day, but I am still kind of guarded. I will keep testing but probably not going to breath a sigh of relief until I hear it from the doctor.
