Recommend your pregnancy pillow

I am expecting #2 in September and I know the time will come in the next month or so that I will need to figure out a new sleeping arrangement. Last time I used a King sized pillow and several other standard pillows. But this time I am thinking of one of those specialty ones. Any tips. I am only 5'1" so, the body pillow seemed kind of big for me. But maybe I am wrong. TIA.

I got the Leachco body pillow and I love it.

There are 2 caveats to it. 1) it will not work right if you are tall, but at 5'1" you're good. 2) You must have a king size bed.

I read all the reviews before ordering and it sounded like everyone loved it except for tall people and people with queen beds. People also complained about a weird pulling at the curve, like the manufacturer made the seam too taught there. I have to agree, but it doesn't bother me because I sleep on it with another pillow on top for my head so that seem never hits my shoulder or neck. If you have any reflux/heartburn issues I would recommend sleeping with another pillow on top of it anyway.

Another selling point - DH can't wait until I'm not pregnant anymore so he can steel this pillow. He pushes it up against our regular pillows on top of the bed and sits in it like it's a pool lounger and watches tv. He's like a king a thrown in that thing.

This is a bit different, but I just got the little Boppy Pregnancy Wedge and I LOVE it. I still use another pillow between my legs, one at my back, and two under my head, but this is the perfect shape for supporting my belly. I'd always tried to wedge other pillows under there and it never felt right! I haven't tried one of the big preggo pillows, but I don't think it would give this effect, and I like the greater adjustability of my multiple pillows anyway.

I love my Comfort-U pillow. It was a splurge, but it is incredibly comfortable, and I sleep much better with it. I bought it pretty early on and now at 36 weeks I don't know how I would sleep without it. It is huge, basically a bit upside down U, so you have your head on the top, hug one long side, and have the other long side at your back, so if you role to your back you are still sleeping at an angle instead of flat on your back. It was expensive, near $100 I think, but it has been very worthwhile. Yes, it takes up most of the bed, but my husband is glad I'm sleeping instead of tired and grumpy.

I have the same pillow as 15:26, the back & belly pillow. I love it! My husband is ready for the pregnancy to be over so he can have some room in bed again - we have a queen and it really does take up a ton of space.

I second the Boppy wedge. Changed my life! I have a long body pillow that we got at Bed, Bath & Beyond for like $20 which I use up against my back and then the wedge goes under the belly and then the pillow in between the knees. That seems to work just fine....until I have to get to go to the bathroom!

Agree with the comfort-U recommendation. DH gave it to me as a Christmas present with my first pregnancy - it's been a lifesaver both with that one and my current pregnancy. I love that I can shove it into all kinds of different configurations (including sort of a donut shape, which I use when reading in bed or if I need to sleep in a more sitting up position due to congestion). I had to spend 1 night in a hotel recently and learned exactly how dependent I am on the thing - didn't sleep a wink

I have the Snoogle and LOVED it -- and I'm 5'10" (15:26 said it doesn't work for tall people--I disagree). http://www.amazon.com/Leachco-Snoogle-Total-Body-Pillow/dp/B0000635WI
