Thinking of enrolling my almost three year old there in the Fall. Many thanks!

We’re at SFF now, and my son started at age 3 as a Butterfly. It’s a great school community with excellent teachers. The private playground has been terrific during Covid.

Our child has been there for three years (counting covid interruptions), and we've generally loved it. Like any school, some teachers are better than others, but it's been a warm, welcoming, loving, and enriching environment. We have found the parent community to be really lovely and supportive, too.
It's also worth noting the extent to which SFF actually works for working parents (at least in non COVID times) relative to other options. In non COVID, it's 8-6, year round, with no spring break. And because all kids are full time, the programming is full day--not a school day plus after care. I think we had really taken all of that for granted. And you will not find another preschool that is so thoughtful about diversity and equity--something we weren't seeking out but is pretty remarkable (and has been a learning experience for us too). We will definitely miss it. Good luck!

We have been here for 3 years. SFF is a wonderful school. The teachers are warm and caring; the parent community is very supportive and drama-free; and the children really develop significant, close bonds. The on-site playground is great, and I love that there is a significant amount of outside time built into the day (especially helpful for our child, who needs all that movement!). Our child has really grown and thrived here, and we're going to miss it terribly when heading off to kindergarten.
