Day by Day Stimulation Results - What was your experience?

Just started my first stimulation cycle - I thought the injections would be bad (and man menopur burns) but really the monitoring with a bad blood draw is AWFUL. Putting that aside, it would be great to hear what protocols worked for those who've been through it and any measurements that you remember.

I started on 200 Gonal F and 75 Menopur. At the first monitoring, 10 follicles appeared. Its day 6 and my follicles are still close to baseline (9-10 mm) in size so my protocol was just increased to double menopur. What was your starting protocol and follicle count, how did it change, what type of growth did you see (day by day if you remember), and how many eggs were retrieved?
