Does anyone have a really yummy oatmeal cookie recipe? I've tried several over the last month and am not wowed by any of them.

Another vote for the basic recipe from Quaker. Adding 3 cups of oatmeal to the Toll House cookie recipe is good too.

I also like this recipe--not traditional oatmeal, but good:

Salty, Crispy oatmeal cookies from Cook's. These are the BEST. Different than other oatmeal cookies. Very easy to make.

If you subscribe to Cooks Illustrated, they have a yummy oatmeal cookie recipe that uses dried cherries (or cranberries) and some chocolate chips.

Have you had Teasim's salty oatmeal cookies? The Post has a recipe in their database that someone reverse-engineered to copy Teaism's, since they won't share.
I haven't tried it yet, but I really want to.
