I bought a pound of salmon on sale at Whole Foods on Saturday. A few hours later, out of nowhere, I got hit with that stomach bug that is being talked about on another thread....needless to say we forgot about the salmon as I am in charge of menu planning and have been focusing on bland foods only!
If we cook it tonight to eat it tomorrow will it still be good, or should we not chance it? Thanks! |
| Nevermind - DH just saw it had a 2/27 date on it, so we aren't chancing it. Damn stomach bug. |

I wouldn't eat the salmon though, fish goes bad very quickly. |
| They do put quick dates on it but it starts to smell bad even the next day. Not worth it. Hope everyone is feeling better soon. |
