| A friend of mine just moved down to Tampa and absolutely loves it. He lives on Davis Island. It's pricey for Tampa but cheap compared to the Northeast. |

I love Hyde park, but it kind of reminds me of Bethesda with lots of cute family homes. Not sure if that is what OP is looking for. I feel like it would be perfect for a young family |
