Bright Eyes at Glenn Haven or Viers Mill

Can't find any very recent reviews on these, so could anyone provide a recommendation for or against Bright Eyes, either the one at Glen Haven or at Viers Mill? We are looking to enroll a 2yo and 4yo somewhere, and they came out much more affordable than many other places, so I'm trying to find out if there are any red flags I should be aware of, or if we should give them good consideration.
