Good story about school principal

You know, school principals often get a bad rap, especially here in MD, but here is a story about a principal that went above and beyond to fix a problem in a good way. Kudos for this man for being compassionate and resourceful.

Any other stories of school teachers or administrators doing well? I'm frankly tired of seeing the general rag on school staff.

In my experience, the principals and APs who are AA and Latinx who work at majority poc, high poverty schools are constantly and QUIETLY doing things like this. Even when I was a child, my 3rd grade AP fixed my crooked part and replaited my hair.
