APS - W-L Sociology vs IB Social Anthropology

| If your child has taken either of these classes at W-L, can you let me know what the workload was and if they enjoyed the class? What was the main difference between the two in terms of what you are learning? Trying to decide if DD should do Sociology Jr Year and then Social Anthropology SL Sr Year OR just take IB Social Anthropology HL Junior/Senior Year. She is definitely interested in sociology, but this is an elective type class for her. Thank you for any insights! |

| I had kids who took Sociology and Social Anthro and loved both. I know that doesn't help, but good luck! |
