EL Haynes holds their lottery in early April. www.elhaynes.org

Center City has 3 campuses in NW (Petworth, Brightwood, and Shaw) and 6 campuses total (Trinidad, Congress Heights, Capitol Hill) - all of their lotteries are March 29th.

It's early March. Most charter lotteries aren't until mid-April. Are there any charters that are *not* still accepting applications?

Exactly. Rhee moved the DCPS deadline up to bump in front of private notifications and charter lotteries. Will it work to make DCPS more popular? We'll see. Certainly not in my neighborhood.
