With test optional policies, I'm wondering if people with low test scores can complete STEM degrees? People talk about test scores being meaningless, but I've never known anyone with a low score graduate with a STEM degree. Not sure if it's just the people I know.

What do you consider a low score? Some people think 900 others think 1200 others think 1400
