Arrest with Massive police presence/ shut down of Georgetown at 3:45 pm / whats up ??

Does anyone know what was the nature of the arrest at M & Wisc at 3:45pm today ?

I saw a clean shaven man with red hair- about 30-40 years old being held cuffed on curb, but within seconds- literally 15 police cars from all directions converging on M & wisc

plus several more unmarked cars with tinted windows placed in middle of side streets within seconds- effectively sealing off all exit by car

Anyone know what is Up ? No media coverage found

Sounds like a Nat Sec operation, someone who was being surveilled. It wouldn’t surprise me if it was one of the white nationalist extremists/militia members coming into DC with weaponry.
