water stain on sisal rug....how to clean?

is it possible to have sisal rugs professionally cleaned?
we have a large water stain on our rug and not sure if we need
to replace or if it can be cleaned?

Ha - I gave up and put it under the dinning table. Now I call it "the blotter" I'll replace it when my kids grow up a bit.
