Experiences with combo cycle?

I recently had my first RE consult and after some more testing we will probably move forward with combo cycle (femara + injection) to start. Can anyone who did this share their experience, especially total out of pocket cost, how many and what cycle days did you go in for monitoring, any side effects, and was it successful/how many cycles did it take, etc.? Any information is appreciated as I head into this process. Thank you!

To clarify we would start with combo cycle and timed intercourse, not IUI or IVF yet, so any experiences with that in particular would be helpful to hear about. Thanks so much.
