Looking to share our Nanny (a RN) & Montessori instructor

Hi there!
We are a family with a 20 month old girl looking to accept a new family into our nanny share! Our nanny is a registered nurse with experience caring for multiple kids at once. She has been with us and another family with a 17 month old for the past year. However, the other family is moving at the end of March. We are the host family currently, however we are flexible about continuing to host or share hosting privileges! Our current schedule is Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm - this is also flexible. We are also looking to bring in a Montessori instructor on half days during the week.
