I am looking for good fitting mask for 3.5 girl. All mask seems to be too big. An suggestions? |
My 4 year old wears masks all day at daycare and these have worked well: https://www.charislove.com/facemasks/p/kinder-bebe-children-organic-face-mask-3 They are comfortable for her ears and seem to fit well. She has the 4-8 size. The kids masks I have from Old Navy and Nordstrom were too big for her. |
We just bought a happy mask...it’s super adjustable |
My DD same age does well with the Old Navy ones |
The kids disposable ones from Target work well. |
We bought Old Navy masks and ran them through the washer and dryer once, which shrank them to the perfect size for our 3.5 year old. After that first time we have washed them in cold and hung them to dry.
Also bought Carters masks but they didn't shrink when we tried the same trick. |
Try the Boomer Naturals at CVS. They fit our 3.5 year old better than most. But I think that age is hard to fit or it’s just my kids face. |
Old navy, with the wire, shrunk in dryer and tie the loops. |
Skip Hop has some that adjust quite well.
Burt’s Bees has some that are really soft. |
Yes, totally agree. . I randomly found these for my daughter as well. She loves the organic material of the masks because it's soft. The other ones didn't feel comfortable for her. https://www.charislove.com/facemasks |
We really like the vista print masks. |
Old navy has kids masks with adjustable ear loops.
They're cotton, so wash and dry on hot to shrink them further if need be |
Happy masks and old navy are the only ones that have worked for us. (And sadly we have spent $$$$ figuring this out!) |
Not OP, but same age and problem. We have Old Navy masks and some similar to the others linked on the thread and they fit her face but don't stay on. The problem seems to be that the elastic that goes behind her ears is too thick and pulls her ears forward and then comes off. Even with the Old Navy masks, which are adjustable -- if we adjust them so they are looser, they fall off, if we tighten them, they pull on her ears and pop off.
I have seen kids with masks that have a really thin, stretchy elastic, but can't seem to find them. Anyone have something like that to recommend? |
Jaanuu kids are great. Solid material so it doesn't end up in their mouth. Washed a million times and still look good. Maybe a little more expensive than others but we get no complaints. |
