Process for New Maryland Tags and License?

I recently moved from DC to Bethesda. My family has two cars that both still have DC tags and my husband and I still have our DC licenses. What are the steps we need to take to get our new MD tags and licenses? Do we have to de-register our cars from DC first? Do we have to make two separate appointments for tags and drivers licenses? Can any of the things we need to do be done online given COVID concerns? Thank you all!
