Amnio, terminations, elective c section, etc. Better to be on the same page for everything before anything comes up. Ask your IVF clinic for their recommendation for help on this. They probably use a therapist.
Personally, I would only do it if the prospective surrogate: 1) has her own kids and is satisfied with the size of her family 2) only had low risk pregnancies 3) loves bring pregnant
