DC DMV - Online Provisional License to License with Conditions

Anyone done this online? I.e., convert provisional license (right after test) to conditional license (6mos + 10 hours night). DC DMV seems to allow you to upload certification online now . . . does it work quickly? Asking for DC.

OP reporting back . . . got approval within a day and license with conditions supposedly on its way.
