Three months ago I had a missed miscarriage (I actually reached out on this forum for advice on getting D&C vs a medication-induced miscarriage). After 3 rounds of medication and 3.5 difficult weeks of medication-induced miscarrying, I finally got the all-clear and after two tries, I am now pregnant and going in for my first appointment @ 7 weeks tomorrow. I'm really afraid that I'll find myself in the same position as I did last time -- with a missed miscarriage (I had one healthy pregnancy before my miscarriage and carried my first child to term without issue). I am also trying to think positive. Asking for those of you who are inclined, to send positive thoughts my way and sending hope to all the people reading this forum who are experiencing a miscarriage and wondering if they'll get pregnant again as I did a few months ago.
