Trying after D&C

Curious when others got their periods back after a D&C. Did you wait until that first cycle to start trying again (assuming that you started trying early on)? Or did you start trying before your next period which I’ve heard some are successful at. How long did it take you to conceive again?

Had my first D&C yesterday unfortunately so just interested to hear about your experiences.

I’m sorry OP. I had a D&C in September and had my period back the next month. Still not pregnant again yet.

I’m sorry for your loss. My period returned two weeks later and the doctor cleared me. I got pregnant the next month. Don’t be afraid to try again right away.

OP here -- I'm sorry to hear that. How many cycles did it take to conceive that last pregnancy if you don't mind me asking?

Hi, sorry for not replying sooner. I got pregnant on our third month of truly trying (ovulation kit, timing intercourse, etc) but had been trying informally for a few month prior. We are trying for our second child.
