Pre-Ks that don't have aftercare for kids with 2 FTWPs

Hi, my son just misses the K cutoff for MCPS and feels that he is "too old" to continue in his current school. Therefore I'm considering another pre-K that I hope will be a transitional K. The hours are 9-3:15. The problem is that both my husband and I work FT and I need somebody to pick him and watch him til I get home, around 5:30. There is no possibility for aftercare. What sources are good for finding a college student or other responsible person to pick him up? Thanks!

I have had tremendous success with care.com and craigslist. I both post my own ad and respond to others. We have hired wonderful young women this way.
