Hello,
I am planning on getting pregnant soon(ish) and am wondering if there are any good recommendations for books on how to do it as a (planned) single parent? Also the journey through becoming pregnant and what that entails when you do it by yourself and will need fertility services. Thanks! Kate |

More of a journey book. |

Not a book rec, but I highly recommend the singlemothersbychoice.org forum. Really good advice there on all stages of the journey, and you can join local area SMBC groups. |
Seconding this rec -- the DC area group is pretty active and I understand the Baltimore one is as well. |
You have to pay to join though, right? |
Yes, but it's $20/year for the local DC chapter, so it's pretty minimal compared to the costs of everything else. |
