Any churches with vacant classrooms for lease?

| Our small private non-profit preschool/elementary school in Alexandria City VA is looking for a new building for the fall, as the current lease with a church expires this summer. Ideally, they need 8-10 classrooms as well as an admin office and some larger rooms available for assemblies/group meetings (those can be shared common spaces). Around 8,000-11,000 square feet total. It’s a school with a lot of nature-based outdoor enrichment so they also want something with access to open space, gardens, or a nearby park. Anyone have leads or ideas? The goal is to stay in Alexandria/Arlington or the surrounding area. |
