Pros:
- Club is essentially starting over with all new mgmt, coaching, and players
- Easier to make the team because most players are leaving for other clubs
- Will probably be in GA Champions Cup next season based on club's performance this season
- All new coaches means equal footing to become a favorite

Cons:
- Club is essentially starting over with all new mgmt, coaching, and players
- Most players leaving for other clubs
- Team will struggle to win next year
- Field location is uncertain, expected it will be in Loudoun

On 2/13, he stated it would be announced on 2/16.
On 2/26, he stated it would be announced on 2/27.

It's now 2/29.

Coaches for Spring.....unknown.
Coaches for Fall....unknown.
Fields for Fall...unknown.

This is leadership 101 on display here. Soak it in.

Surely no one wants to announce these things more than AB. That he hasn’t done so surely means he doesn’t have answers.

Besides the coaching staff concerns which I assume will eventually be taken care of, are there any GA standards for fields that could prevent FCV from participating in GA starting this fall?

What is the worst case scenario for practice fields? No space, over crowded space?

Then don't say that you will. You lose credibility making promises that aren't kept

Applications are now closed but I do recall seeing that part of the club requirement for GA is to have a stable home field. Which I'm sure FCV claims is the indoor one but GA rarely goes there.

He doesn't work there anymore. He's at VRSC.

Not to be trusted. He picks his favorites. Only works with them. Doesn’t give other kids a chance or the time of day. He doesn’t give constructive criticism or usable feedback that would help a player. He likes to tell people they are not good, but won’t actually say what needs improvement. Also never has anything positive to say and tears down his teams.

First part is definitely true but are you sure about the second? He’s not on VRSC’s website.

Who are the coaches who have been at VRSC’s ID sessions? I recognized NE, MJ, and JJ but there was at least one other coach I didn’t recognize. The FCV coaches have not been there, presumably because they are still employed by FCV for the spring season.

Sorry, I probably should have posted this to the VRSC thread, but who can tell the difference these days?!

He doesn't have any answers but yet seems surprised by the fact that 80% or more of the existing players are leaving FCV?

At least FCV has made coaching announcements along with their ID sessions. VRSC hasn't made any announcements regarding GA staff. SYC is the only GA club around that has publicly shown its staff, even a few are still coaching at other clubs so unsure why that has anything to do with being able to announce things like that.
