| The time has come for a new fridge. I am of course browsing Home Depot, Lowes, and have checked out Costco but for the prices, I'm not finding anything I love. I guess it's not a great time of the year for sales. Anywhere else I am forgetting? The other thread has scared me off Bray & Scarf. |
| M&M appliance. If you can come up to montgomery county, I really like ABW appliance in Silver Spring, too. |
| It's all the same, just find somewhere with the model you want in stock. |

Go to Appliance Distributors Unlimited in Takoma Park and deal with Nerissa. We loved working with her.

Don't know what thread you are talking about, but Bray and Scarf has been excellent every time I used them. The sales and installers have done a fantastic job. Used them three times, never a problem |

Costco. The price is all-inclusive, so they deliver, install (maybe not a big deal with a fridge), and take the old one away. And it happens on the day you choose, during the times they tell you.
Plus they do an extended warranty and offer free tech support through their US-based call center. I had a nightmare time with Lowe’s appliance installation. Bought the appliance in September, it got delivered in early October, but the installer didn’t have the right part, so he left to go get it and I didn’t see him again until Dec 23. I called him, I called Lowe’s. He rescheduled twice with last minute cancellations. Never again. |
| I’m currently dealing with Home Depot and my fridge delivery has been canceled twice. My old one broke down 1/17 and we ordered new one same day. Was supposed to arrive today after one delay and now they say 2/4. We’re living out of a cooler now. Anyone know where they have in stock counter depth fridges? |

I just bought a new fridge from M&M Appliances and have bought all our major appliances from them over the years. Highly recommend.
A lot of models are out of stock so if you really have your heart set on something you may need to wait. |
| We're planning a kitchen renovation and are hearing stories of very low inventory and long wait times for appliances (and cabinets). |
| Best Buy |
| We are literally in the middle of a kitchen renovation now. Appliances via ABW. When we bought the appliances in November, they said end of December for delivery. The fridge, microwave, and dishwasher were delivered this morning. The range has been delayed (again). Make sure whatever you buy is officially in stock or you will be waiting....and waiting.... |
All appliances and furniture are facing major setbacks from covid. Anything made in a factory has been delayed. |
| OP here. Thanks for the suggestions. I already bought a mini fridge to hold us over, assuming this might not be a quick turnaround. |
| If you want in stock immediately, best buy sells open box items that you could go pick up from the store today. Obviously inventory is hit or miss, but it's a today thing. |
