Anyone have a Ford Edge ST?

I am looking for a sportier SUV -- without breaking the bank. The Edge ST looks like a decent vehicle based. d on specs; it has the room I need (ability to carry 60-70 ft^3, and with the engine should be peppy enough to keep me happy.

But, I am looking for people that have purchased one.

Have you taken a look at the Mazda CX-9 and Honda Passport? Both of these seem to be really well regarded in the segment. The Ford Edge is relegated to "also-ran" status in most comparisons.

An Edge ST will run circles around a Mazda CX-9 and Passport. OP is looking for a cheaper Macan, not a 3-row plodder.

OP, are you buying new? A BMW X2 or Alfa Romeo Stelvio could be other options. Wouldn't touch either one with a 10-foot pole out of warranty, though.
