Hi! While we were in DC with our 22-month old, we had the pleasure of connecting with Karla for help with caring for our little one. For the short time we were in DC and got to work with Karla, we found her to be diligent, reliable, and all-around great with our toddler. She showed up eager to help and learn. She was always willing to help in whatever way she could, even beyond her defined responsibilities. She is well-spoken and multilingual, so not only did we have the benefit of clear communication with her, but our daughter also got exposed to some basic French as well. For the times we are in, we were fortunate to have someone as careful and fastidious in following covid-safety protocols as Karla was. We had the added concern of a family member's health challenges driving additional protocols we had to maintain.
